TWO WEEKS!!!!
I'M AWESOME!!!!
I even cheated while we were at dinner last night...sorta. We (the whole family celebrated my brother's birthday) got a spinach and artichoke appetizer and I had a little bit of that. For dinner I had fish and chips and a salad. It was delicious.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO
MY BROTHER AARON!
He's 30. :)

Someday I will own their albums and go see them in concert.

...eh, they're ok. :)
Good for you! Keep it up. It is about changing your entire life. And every change you make is a step in the right direction. When you say "no" to the food, it is a big helping of self-esteem. You'll start to feel better and better about yourself. Pretty soon you'll realize that food doesn't control you. And you can love eating food, it's just about portion control. I used to think that the labeling on food was seriously ridiculous. Until I started paying attention to how much I was eating and how much was in a serving size (look at those Ritz crackers for dipping, or whatever they're called. Those are CRACK! They're like 800 calories for two crackers. seriously) :) anyways, keep it up! You can do this.
